Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of Ripon Group's vision, values, strategy, and business operations. We established a CSR framework and policy that embodies the company's philosophy for demonstrating its corporate citizenship responsibilities. We consider social welfare as an essential component of our responsibility. Therefore, we invest in a wide range of CSR activities to positively impact society, the environment, and the economy.
Whether it's through ethical company operations and ensuring environmental sustainability or through initiatives in the areas of employment, skill development, education, and social advancements, we strive to contribute to the betterment of society. Our CSR objectives and initiatives have the following focus areas:
Ripon Group believes in the potential of people. We understand through education and training; we can bring out the best in people. Thus as a part of our CSR aims, we are providing people with free training and educational opportunities to contribute to their growth.
Our company donates money to schools and colleges where poor students are struggling to continue their education. We also provide skills training to the youth to help them become skilled to find work and support their families.

We see our employees as our greatest asset and consider their well-being an important priority. Therefore, our company ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for them.
For the welfare of our employees, we have: a free doctor and medical facility, a certified nurse for working hours, a fully equipped first aid facility, specialized fire protective instruments, a worker's participation fund, and many other facilities. It is part of our priority to ensure physical security, procedural security, and personnel security for our employees.
Our company unequivocally supports people's fundamental rights. Our policy is to provide equal opportunities regardless of race, religion, creed, color, gender, age, or country of origin.
We strictly prohibit all forms of child labor, bonded labor, and forced labor in our factory. We also ensure that there is no discrimination, harassment, or abuse in our workplace. Ripon Group Limited has a zero-tolerance policy for these kinds of activities and behavior.
Opportunities
Program
As a part of our CSR activities, Ripon Group Limited participate in several social programs and contribute funds to social welfare initiatives. We also arrange social programs for youths on different occasions every year.
Moreover, we are very much concerned about the ongoing deforestation that is happening in Bangladesh. Thus, we take an active part in tree plantation programs to provide value to society and the environment.
Every year, Bangladesh get affected by a variety of natural disasters, such as floods, storms, and cyclones. So considering the suffering of people, we take initiative to alleviate their distress. We give money and cloth to the cyclone or flood-affected people. We also give necessary medicine and donate drinking water to the people in need. Additionally, We also take part in distributing warm cloth to the poor people in the winter season.
